Fall Is Here
Fall have arrived and looking prettier than ever. In the area of Denmark I live - nature is very harsh compared to where I grew up in the other end of the country. It is more accessible though so taking long walks are much easier here than fighting through the landscape in the southern parts. I have been out searching for edible mushrooms but without any luck. I guess that the rather low ph values in the grounds around here are uncomfortable for some of the mushrooms I like best.
Who doesn’t love the colours of fall? I for one is absolutely crazy about the red leafs lying on the ground everywhere and if I hadn’t been so busy with school I would have been walking around the forest with my camera trying to capture the amazing variety of colours that is provided by the natural processes of preparing for winter and next generations that winter forces upon nature.
All I will miss is the warm sun in my back but then I have something to look forward to in the long dark days.
