Sold but for sale
Well we have somewhat managed to sell our apartment. Except that we haven’t sold it yet. Sounds strange? I think so too. A couple came to us and told us they were interested but needed an answer from their bank and the bank ended up letting them buy our apartment but required that they would sell theirs first.
They are still interested in buying our apartment but I don’t feel like waiting for them to get their things together and put their house up for sale. It’s not because - or only because that they are young but also because the guy told me that he had contacted our chairman to have some repairs and stuff approved and when I talked to the chairman the other day he didn’t know anything about it.
I don’t know if one of them is lying or something but it is to me just yet another lesson in not basing your life on other people’s ability to get their lives together.
