Insurance Business - No Experience Required
Our insurance company needs to send their employees on a course in how to handle questions that will demand a different answer than either “Yes” or “No”. Since I don’t take “maybe” or “I don’t know” as answers I believe they need it more than ever. When we received yet another bills since we changed to another company my husband called them to complain. The person he was speaking to didn’t know anything about anything related to the company.
She couldn’t answer any of our questions about our health insurance because he haven’t attended a course about their health insurance plans yet and she couldn’t find a person who did know what to do because she didn’t know if that was the way they do it. Now we will be snail mailing them and probably be sent from one office to another until it will hopefully end up in the hands of someone who actually been to one of their own internal courses.
We think insurance is important and they make a big deal out of selling us this and that plan but the second you need some specifics or need something changed about the plans all you meet is some confused newly hired person who has no idea what to do. I find it annoying that they give us such a poor support when we pay them so greatly! Poo.
