I have never dealt with employees - I have only been either alone in business or the employee myself. I can imagine it is a difficult task to be the manager and deal with a lot of employees because people matter is always extra delicate. Evaluate evaluate evaluate - It’s the most important thing to do because then you will always be on top of how your employees are doing when it comes to work but also sick days and how they are feeling about their jobs in general can be very important to the entire procedure.
I think it’s great that there is such a focus on employees and their working environment. People who feel comfortable with their hours and their tasks are also willing to do a little extra now and then. Employees who feels overheard and confused about their work situation will be more likely to let their feelings shadow the job they are doing.
