Squeak Squeak - All Night Long
Last night my mice decided to run in their little wheel all night and it could really need some oil! The squeak sound continued though the night but because I wasn’t wearing my contact lenses I was afraid to go down stairs and remove the wheel. I need to find a better solution. It’s a barred wheel and a mice can hurt it’s tail on it so I need to get one of those ugly plastic one but then at least I will also fix my nightly sound problem.
I love having mice! I was told by a lot of people how they smell but it isn’t at all as bad as people told me as long as we make sure to clean their cages regularly. In 1 week I will know if any of them were pregnant when we bought them because that would be the absolute last due date… I hope none of them turns out to be pregnant but it won’t ruin my world if one is. We will only be keeping the females though.
I also think mice is a rewarding pet. They are made tame very fast and the more I talk to them and handle them the less scared they seem to be of me! I love my little critters!
