Iconbuffet
I am absolutely addicted! IconBuffet is a community for everyone who loves icons for the web. When you sign up you get 10 tokens each month and you can use these to “buy” icons. You can also trade icons with other users and collect points (by trading icons, referring and accepting icons) to gather even more icons. There are several icon “families” and I am pretty sure that any webmaster would find his favourites pretty fast.
